Faulty or damaged products. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement. We arrange collection at our expense. If goods are damaged but still usable you may be eligible for refund of this item, in most cases we prefer to replace at our own costs to ensure product warranty is kept intact.
No longer required. Return within 10 days for a refund less a 25% restocking fee. You cover the return delivery (usually the same as your original delivery charge).
At all times. Orders paid by electronic means like Paypal, Credit card Afterpay, Full refund is only applicable if item is discontinued or we are unable to supply. In all other cases like change of mind or order cancellation, if payment is not made by bank transfer, a transaction fee up to 1.75% will be deducted from the refund amount.
