Perth inner metro areas will be a standard delivery fee of $149.00 + GST. This is for orders processed online only.

Extra Delivery Charges may be incurred if order is larger and our team would directly contact the customer if any additional charges must be paid for delivery.

In all our Deliveries, our customers required to have a forklift on site or assistance of men to unload long items that requires extra care handling to ensure goods are unloaded properly. In most cases, with small orders, our delivery company driver is able to unload it without any issues. 

In the event of absence of assistance and load of items is more than 400 KG, Perth Building Materials reserves the right to take the goods back or on a complete drivers discretion able to unload the materials and not liable for any damages for singly handling the goods. 

As much as our delivery company drivers ensure that absolute no damage occurs to the goods getting delivered, it is likely some or significant damage can happen if no assistance is provided on site.

Extra Delivery Charges may also be incurred if we are delivering the items outer Perth Inner areas with radius over 30 km. Charges will be calculated accordingly and notified to customer for additional payment.

Small Orders, loose sheets may incur a split fee of $50 + GST, however we try our best to waive this fee at most possible.

Please note- if you order before 11AM (Monday to Friday) your order will be booked for same day delivery else it will be scheduled for next business day delivery.

*Same day delivery may not be possible for all orders even if the order is placed before 11AM.  We try our best to get it on the same day or earliest the next business day. Due to heavy load of orders, our advise for customers to place order at least 1 day prior to the delivery date.

No deliveries on Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays. 

***If you book a delivery on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday- you will have to allow us one day to process your order.
