Description
The Bradford Perimeter Spacer is a ribbed edge vent accessory for residential roofs. It creates a 20mm gap between ceiling insulation and and the roof, roof blanket, or sarking, allowing external air to flow into the roof space and reduce condensation risk. It ensures compliance with the ABCB Housing Provisions Standard 2022, section 10.8.3, as a Deemed to Satisfy solution for condensation management in NCC climate zones 6,7 and 8.
